1. Slide the sacro pad into the pocket. Wrap the brace around the hips, just below the hip bones, with the pad centered over the lower end of the backbone.

2. Pass the lower strap through the loop and pull back for a snug fit, then secure. Now, do the same for the upper strap. If the straps are too long, cut off extra length, as needed. Adjust both straps until fit is firm, yet comfortable
