Small – gray 12-14 in. (calf) 14.5-16.5 in. (thigh)

Medium – gray 14-16 in. (calf) 16.5-18.5 in. (thigh)

1. Slide over foot.

2. Pull support up onto knee.

3. Center gel pad over kneecap.

Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
