How to Wear
1. Slide over foot.
2. Pull support up onto knee.
3. Center gel pad over kneecap.
Care Instructions
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
Sizing
For right or left knee, measure 4" from center of knee cap down calf and up thigh.

My knee had plenty of support & most of the pain was gone. I would recommend this product to anyone with knee problems. I feel a whole lot better. This stabilzer helps keep my knee aligned so that I can walk properly. I wear it when I need the support; while walking during the day or exercising. I use this product and a small pillow beneath the knee to do poses that require kneeling such as cat/cow asana. It helps and I can do the things that make me happy and don't damage my knee.
