How to Wear
1. Starting with the wider end, slide the support over the foot.
2. Ensure that the hole is placed on the heel.
Care Instructions
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
Sizing
For left or right foot, measure around the heel and the instep.

The creases remained for several hours after removing the ankle supports.The other ankle supports I have from Futuro are fantastic! Other than the edges fraying after washing they last a long time and provide excellent support. September 4, 2010
