How to Wear
1. Slide support over elbow.
2. Position pressure pads so that they rest on top and underside (radial and ulnar
sides) of forearm, just below elbow.
3. Wrap strap around forearm. Tighten until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Care Instructions
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
Sizing
For left or right arm, measure around elbow for correct sizing.

I went to physical therapy for months, but it didn't get much better. This brace definitely gave me additional support and some relief from the pain. I am now having the same issues with my right elbow, so it was nice to have this brace and have it work for either arm. Tennis elbow has to be waited out and this brace helps with the process. My husband picked this up for me and it is wonderful! With it I was able to carry out tasks without discomfort & it's so much easier to use than an elastic bandage. Thank you so much!
