How to Wear
1. Lay support over knee, smooth side against skin and with single strap to the
outside of leg. Place round hole over kneecap. While holding support in place, wrap
middle strap under knee and attach hook fastener to support.
2. Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach them to support.
Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Care Instructions
Close all fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot)
water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

I had tried creams with not much relief. I decided to try a knee brace. I did research knee braces and found that I felt this Futuro Sport Adjustable Knee Support would be best for me and I was right. At the first sign of knee pain I put on the brace and it helps immediately relieve the pain. I am able to walk up and down the stairs much easier and with no pain meds.
