    • How to Wear

      1. Place support around the lower back area using both hands 

    • 2. Wrap the main straps snugly around the waist and secure the hook fastener over the stomach 

    • 3. Pull the side cinch straps forward and secure along the front panels of the support. Adjust as necessary to achieve desired support and compression.

    • Care Instructions

      Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

      DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from They changed the 'width', now it's uncomfortable I'd been wearing this velcro back thing for several years, and liked it, but they've changed the 'width' (top to bottom size) and it's way too wide, not comfortable. I'll keep looking, maybe I can find an older one for sale somewhere.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from to large for a 32' waist I have a 32" waist. Not a good fit, to large. It say's for a 32 to 48 inch waist. Just can't get it tight on my waist. To bad not a bad brace.
