    • How to Wear

       1. Loosen front straps; open back straps and closures. Place widest edge of the  brace along the thigh while positioning the patella ring over the kneecap. Secure  bottom closure of brace below the back of the knee, then secure top closure.

    • 2. Loop back cinch straps through buckles and tighten for additional support. Adjust all closures until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

    • 3. Ensure the side hinges remain along the midline of either side of the leg by use of the strapping system.

    • Care Instructions

Remove hinges from brace. Close all straps and fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

FUTURO™ Sport Hinged Knee Brace is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have had a total of 11 knee surgeries in the last 26 years from simple arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction and last year a hardware removal surgical procedure and the a total knee replacement and still suffer from knee pain. this brace has proven to be very helpful with keeping me active!! I feel confident that the knee is supported and am finally starting to take some minor risks hat I have feared for years ( could not take one more injury). My one concern is that due to the swelling I have still the brace is some what ill fitting. I wish there was an extension kit available for braces of this nature for individuals that don't fit the "norm"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't take walking for granted I was in a really bad car accident July 12th, 2002. I ended up shattering my femure and combusting half of my knee on my left leg. I now walk with a cane and am now awaiting surgery to amputate my left leg. Before the car accident my right knee was my bad leg. I always wore the Futuro Sport Hinged Knee Brace and it helped me walk alot easier with less pain. I still wear the knee brace, but the one I wear now has been replaced 5 times. Futuro makes the best braces and is the only brand that I wear. Along with the hinged knee brace, I also have 2 wrist braces, an elbow brace and I have an ankle brace that I switch between my left and right ankles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hinged Knee Brace is Awesome!! I am awaiting surgery to repair torn ACL, torn MCL, & torn Meniscus from a recent accident. My husband bought me this brace due to our local rehab center not having any knee braces in stock. I love this brace. I am still having to use crutches, but without this brace the pain from walking is much much worse. Mobility would be almost impossible for me at this point with my injury without the use of this brace. I am hopeful for good results from surgery, but I will still be using this brace for a while. My ortho surgeon said my husband bought a very good brace and he approved of me using it. Thank you so much for this great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs more sizes. The only size I saw on it was ADJ. It barely fit when all the straps were open and it was still too tight to wear comfortably over an extended time. After that, I noticed the sizing information on the box. I had to take it back. I came to this web site to see where I could buy a larger size. It would be perfect if I could make it larger. I really liked the support it provided, but it was just too small. BTW, I am 5' 8" tall, so a foot shorter than the other gentleman who complained about it being too small. My leg is not abnormally large so I am surprised to find out that this is apparently the only size they make. I am thinking of buying another and getting some extensions made by a seamstress.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great brace! I have tried multiple braces but have found that this brace offers the best support. I need good stability since injuring my ACL many years ago before they did corrective surgery. My knee also has a significant amount of arthritis. I enjoy doing zumba which is very fast paced with frequent turns and moves. This brace is the only way that I can do that. The only reason that I took a star off is because I feel the brace could have a litte wider circumference. I find that especially wearing it over long yoga pants that the straps are popping open. I had to stop 3 times during tonights hour long class to refasten the straps. I am not a really big person either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A message to the designers You guys did a great job! BUT... You forgot one thing. Not everyone with knee problems has the leg of a 16 year old. <g> Me, for example, I'm 6'8" tall. I didn't choose to be this way, it's just a fact of life. And, as a result of my stature, I have knee problems. My question: is it possible to get an adapter kit, some kind of velcro patch on a neoprene backing, that larger individuals like myself could purchase to make it fit better? As it is now, the top flaps are open and the straps are the only thing holding it on. They pinch and I have to release them every 20-30 minutes or my leg starts to fall asleep. Don't get me wrong, I love the support the sides of my knee get. It allows me to have MUCH better mobility as I don't have to use a cane. I just need it to be a little bigger around at the top. Can you help?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good, but plenty of room for improvement while i do wear two of these braces on a daily basis, there is still plenty which can be improved upon. adding a cotton sock under the wrap adds in cumfort, i buy mine by the ft at a local medical supplier. velcro straps are inconsistant length, being plenty long for larger leggs is a must. as another pointed out, not every knee is the same, XXL and small should be offered. adding a "buddy tab" to the velcro tabs would help unfastining the straps.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need more sizes As several other people have reported more sizes are needed. This brace seems just right for my knee problems but is too small for me to wear for any length of time. One size does not fit all.
